What is Persona Beacon?
Persona Beacon is a digital health app designed to collect health and device
data from patients and securely transmit this information to their healthcare providers.
Our goal is to facilitate remote monitoring and support healthcare professionals in
making informed decisions regarding their patients’ health.
Where is my Persona Beacon invitation email?
When participating in a remote monitoring program, you should receive an invitation to download and Persona Beacon that includes a link that activates the application. In some instances, this email gets sent to a Spam/Junk folder due to how certain email filtering programs work. If you have expected to receive an email but have not yet seen it, please check these folders.
How do I use Persona Beacon?
The first step is to download the app from the Apple App Store (for iPhone or iPad) or the Google Play Store (for Android). Once installed you will need to be invited by your health care provider to participate in a remote monitoring program in which you will receive an email containing a link. Clicking on that link from the device running Persona Beacon will open and configure the application.
Once you have installed and configured Persona Beacon, you will be ready to pair devices and start taking measurements. How does Persona Beacon protect my privacy?
Your privacy is a top priority. We adhere to HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant privacy
laws to ensure the protection of your data. We implement state-of-the-art security
measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. For

What kind of data does Persona Beacon collect?
We collect device data related to your health, such as activity levels, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, weight, temperature, blood glucose and other relevant health
indicators. This information is used to monitor your health status and is shared with your healthcare provider to support your treatment and care.
How can I access or delete my data?
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. To
request access or deletion, please contact our support team at info@personainformatics.com. We will process your request in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations.
How do I use Persona Beacon?
After downloading the app and completing the registration process, you can use “Add Device” to connect bluetooth-compatible health devices. Then in your list of devices select one and follow instructions to take a measurement. Upon successfully reading a measurement, the app will automatically send this data to your designated healthcare provider. We are currently developing step-by-step instructions for each supported device type and these will be made available within the app.
Who can see my data?
Only authorized personnel, such as your healthcare provider and select members of our support team, can access your data. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
