  • To facilitate remote monitoring and transmit data to Participant’s Doctor.
  • To improve the Program’s effectiveness and functionality.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • To communicate with Participants regarding the Program and provide technical support.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share Participant data with:

  • Participant’s Doctor and authorized healthcare professionals involved in their care.
  • Third-party service providers assisting with Program operation, who are contractually obligated to protect Participant data confidentiality.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory agencies, as required by law.

We will not sell, rent, or lease Participant data to any third parties for any other purpose.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Participant data, including:

6. Data Retention

We retain Participant data for the period required by law or regulation as well as for the duration of the remote monitoring program as determined by the Participant’s Doctor and authorized healthcare professionals.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Opt-out of the Program and request data deletion.
