    fitness data, device identifiers, and usage data.

    monitoring services and improving app functionality. Data is shared with your
    healthcare provider to support your health management.

including but not limited to performance issues, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, or email errors.

Persona Informatics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your
continued use of the app following any changes signifies your acceptance of our
updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
